    I sometimes take Benadryl for allergies, and those affect me the same way. Weird dreams and all. I might do the notepad idea myself….

    I don’t take something to sleep very often either but dreams have always been an issue with me and things that make me sleep often make it worse. Sometimes it’s worth the risk though. Hope you’ve gotten some rest since writing this.
